Teddy is a fun-loving guy whose face just lights up whenever he sees someone come into the room!  He thinks that humans are the best thing that has ever happened to him.  Teddy is so affectionate, happy and so ready for a new home.  His previous owners did not have a secure fenced yard and so Teddy thought that meant he should go exploring, especially if it meant he could find humans to pal around with - lol!  So Teddy would like a new home that has a yard for exploring but a fence for security too.  Also, he would love his humans to be around most of the time so that he doesn't get so lonely.  He knows a few tricks, like sit-up for a treat and shake.  Teddy gets along great with cats, other dogs, and loves kids.  Teddy would love an energetic human to match his personality because he's only about 18 mos. to 2 years old and still very much the puppy. Teddy's adoption fee is $275.

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see side menu for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING. 

We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it. This application has been developed using over 25 years of experience. It helps the adopter and us to make only the beginning of a good match; please be advised that if you do fill out the application, you may not be suitable for the dog you are applying for OR you may not meet our adoption requirements.
