Francois, now Shadow has been adopted by a retired couple who report that he is such a loving, wonderful dog and they are so glad to have adopted him.

Here's a 2 year old little boy who has had a tough time of it, until he came into our care. He and his friends were left abandoned in a house that had been foreclosed on, without care for two weeks. Poor babies, they were starving and in horrible shape.

Francois is very scared right now, although he is slowly learning to trust. He will need a special, patient someone to bring out his truly lovable and sweet qualities even more. He has a very calm, peaceful personality, though and we think it won't take him long for his happy personality to show.

Francois would be fine with teenagers but not younger children.

All animals are bathed and groomed before adoption, vaccinated with proof of vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and also are sent home with a leash, collar or halter, toy and food to get you started.
