Yes, he is for real and not a stuffed teddy bear! We know he looks like one, but he comes with the whole, live puppy package - chewing, energy, needs potty training - the whole 9 yards. So if you're not prepared, don't say we didn't warn you!
The mother to these puppies came to us when she was very pregnant and had her babies in rescue. Lucky for them, otherwise they might have turned out to be flea and worm infested, and very skinny, like mama. But all is well, the babies were born into a clean environment, have been pampered and doted on, along with their mother.
We think they are a Pom/German Spitz hybrid because they are going to be larger than most poms, maturing somewhere around 12 lbs. Also their facial characteristics are a lot like mama's and she resembles the German Spitz as well but she only weighs 10 lbs.
If you are interested in the babies, YOU MUST FILL OUT THE ADOPTION APPLICATION BEFORE WE CAN EMAIL YOU. ANY PHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE ADOPTION APPLICATION IS FILLED OUT - IF THE APP IS NOT FILLED OUT WE WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS. Our application can be found on our website at resqac.com. We are currently screening applicants for these precious ones and will not release them for adoption until they are 9 weeks old on 1/26/12. At that time, if you are approved for adoption you may meet the pups. Their adoption fee is $250 and you must also prepay the neuter at the vet of your choice before adoption.
