Preston is a beautiful Pom boy who is small, about 7 lbs, and 8 years old.  He is very healthy except for that fact that he needs a teeth cleaning but we'll do that before we adopt him out.  He's a happy guy, friendly but a bit overwhelmed if there's too much excitement.  He would do well in a quiet home. 

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.  We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it.
