DIXIE NOW HAS A WONDERFUL HOME WHICH SHE SHARES WITH A 12 YEAR OLD BICHON BUDDY (AND OF COURSE HER HUMAN CARETAKERS!) YEAH, DIX!
Dixie is an 8 year old, happy-go lucky kind of gal. Dixie was rescued from being euthanized since she is an older dog. But what a great companion she would make because of this - no housetraining to worry about, no chewing - none of those bad puppy habits.
She must have come from an unhealthy environment because she had a bad case of fleas, which has resulted in some hair loss, but we think that will grow back. And the best part is that she doesn't shed because of the mix of breeds.
