Angel is a sweet 6 1/2 year old small shih tzu girl (with that adorable shih tzu underbite) who really needs a home and a human who can take the time to attend to her needs.  She was previously owned by a person who did not have a backyard and couldn't get her outside to potty as often as she needed.  Also, Angel suffers from food allergies and requires a sweet potato and venison dry food diet (it isn't that expensive).   She also takes awhile to warm up to men, and seems to prefer women, but her foster mom says that she is warming up to her husband now that its been a few days.  Angel would love regular walks and someone who is home most of the time, and of course a secure, fenced backyard is a must for this girl.   She is  a sweet, mellow little thing who loves to be cuddled and sit in your lap and follow you around the house.  Another bonus is that she loves kids.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period.
