Lovey is a super little girl, about 8 mos. old, with all that puppy energy!  She would fit in just about any home.   Loves kids, well loves just about anyone and anything - that's how she got her name!  

Lovey has what’s called a luxating carpal in her wrist.  It doesn't seem to cause her any pain and really doesn’t  limit her mobility. Sometimes a certain movement causes her to yelp once in awhile ( i.e., when rubbing her eyes) but she runs around just fine. Hops on the furniture, plays with other dogs and you would never know she has a problem. Keeping her eyes wiped a couple times a day takes away her need to do it herself. She is a happy,active little girl who needs someone to be with all the time. She loves to go bye bye and is great in the truck. Knows where her seat is and stays until she is told otherwise. Bonds very quickly and loves women, men, and kids.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.  We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it.
