Millie is (yes, she really is) a purebred Bichon.  Unfortunately, she had to be completely stripped because she was sooo matted.  Millie's coat came off in one whole piece, or mat, I guess you could say.  She's about 2 years old and is your typical Bichon; very friendly, calm and well mannered.  Millie would love a home where she could be doted on (and never again have to experience the pain of being so matted) and would love daily walks and outings.  If you can see past the hideous hair cut to the beauty she will become, you will be blessed with not only a gorgeous dog once she grows out, but a sweet, good natured loving companion as well.  Millicent's adoption fee is $250 which includes everything.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.  We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it.
