BO WAS ADOPTED BY A RETIRED ATTORNEY IN THE BAY AREA. HE'LL HAVE LOTS OF ATTENTION AND A SHITZU COMPANION TO PLAY WITH! HE ALSO MIGHT TRAVEL TO HAWAII AND DIFFERENT PLACES WITH HIS NEW OWNER. WHAT A CHANGE FOR LITTLE BO - FROM PUPPY MILL BREEDER TO WORLD TRAVELER AND MUCH LOVED COMPANION! Here's what his new mom has to say:
We are the Contra Costa County family who adopted little Bo Diddley, the tiny adult Papillon-Chihuahua that you guys rescued from the puppy mill in Red Bluff (and who was so lovingly fostered by Janie during the summer.)
Neither my mother nor I expected that we could love a little dog as much as we love our little Shih Tzu, Mickey, but Bo has captured both of our hearts (as well as the heart of my son, Patrick,)in his little paws!
I saved the 2 pictures of Bo that you posted on the pet adoption website to my Blackberry the first time I saw his little face, and used one of those pix as my screen saver (because for me, it was TRULY "love at first sight!")
This little guy will capture your heart. He is such a sweetheart, wanting to be by you and be loved. He weighs about 4 lbs, so would do well in an adult home, or one with teenagers (he's also scared of kids and their loud noises and movements). He loves everyone he meets but does not like to be left alone - he can be an escape artist if given half a chance and can wriggle through the tiniest of holes.
He's just a happy go lucky sort of guy who is wishing so much for someone to love - can you give him the chance?
