Max is typical of his breed::  loving, happy-go-lucky, social, just a waggy sort of guy!  Max is about 18 mos. old and wieghs about 11 lbs.   He had to be shaved due to severe matting but he is a beautiful silver in color and will be absolutely gorgeous when he grows out.  We wanted to save the fur on his head so you could get an idea of how lovely his color is.  Max would do well in just about any situation, kids would be great, and a stay at home mom or dad.  Max's adoption fee is $225 and includes all medical. 

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.  We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it. This application has been developed using over 25 years of experience. It helps the adopter and us to make only the beginning of a good match.
