This very sweet and gentle purebred shih tzu girl has those pleading big brown eyes that say "take me home"!    Sissy was surrendered to us by her owner who could no longer care for her.  She is 9 years old and will make a wonderful companion for someone who has a lap and a heart available!  Sissy loves everyone, gets along well with other dogs, has quite a bit of energy and would love daily walks.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
