Six month old male, lemon and white purebred whippet.  A little shy, but a highly intelligent breed.  Eyes that will melt your heart.  This young boy needs a breed experienced home, with someone who will take the time and effort to love and train him.  Will require a secure, fenced yard, no exceptions.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
