Like a tiny red fawn hiding in the forest, this little girl is just waiting for that perfect someone to find her!  Lacy is an 8 month old full grown, 4 lb. chihuahua.  She has beautiful green eyes and a red coat.  She is wonderful, funny, sleeps in bed, loves her carry purse (jumps right in).  No young children or large dogs.  She is tiny, fragile but has that rough/tough chihuahua attitude!  She loves other small dogs to play with.   Best suited for an active family.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
