Obie is the sweetest, most loving silver mini poodle you could meet.  He is about 11 years old, very spry for an older gentleman.  He has had a full dental and vet check up and now is just waiting for a companion with a warm lap and a loving home.  Obie would benefit from daily walks and excursions as well.  He doesn't appear to have any joint issues and loves to get out and about; in fact, he seems more energetic than most younger dogs!.  As an added note, this boy was a champion show dog in his younger years and is now retired, looking for the life of leisure to enjoy with a special someone.  Obie's adoption fee is $100.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
