This is Tina, a gorgeous, purebred 4 year old Whippet girl who has a fantastic personality to match.  Tina has been well-loved even though she wasn't taken care of properly.  She is super friendly, loves kids (as you can see from the pics of her with our young volunteer), and just is an all around great dog.  For you Whippet fanciers this is the dog for you.  $375 adoption fee.

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see side menu for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
