Who's got the waggin'est tail around?  Chino does!  It never stops (btw, his tail is docked, like a poodle's)!  He is a happy, social butterfly and everybody's best friend.  He is a 17 lb. shih-poo (shih tzu/poodle mix) who would love to be by someone's side but will need daily exercise  and outings as he is quite energetic.  He had to be stripped down because of severe matting but once he has had a few groomings will be even cuter than he is right now, if you can imagine that.  Chino's adoption fee is $150.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING. 

We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it. This application has been developed using over 25 years of experience. It helps the adopter and us to make only the beginning of a good match; please be advised that if you do fill out the application, you may not be suitable for the dog you are applying for OR you may not meet our adoption requirements.
