Pabu has been adopted by a local doctor and his wife who wanted a companion for their lab. Pabu met Koby the lab at the dog park and was the only small dog that ever wanted to play with him. So now their best buds, sleep on the same pillow, and they get to play all day, not just at the park! (Oh, and his humans love him too!)





Remember, dogs should not be given as gifts, especially at Christmas.  If you're interested in adopting Pabu, we will consider rehoming him before or after Christmas.

Pabu means "puffball" in Tibetan and he is a wonderful representation of his breed. He has a calm, loving temperment and seems to adjust well in all situations. He is happy, alert, friendly and outgoing, always ready to please. He's about 2 to 3 years old and weighs 12 lbs.

In spite of all that, he was found as a stray and no one came to claim him. He knows basic commands, will go outside and potty when told to, and is very smart. He loves to play with other dogs, and is probably good around cats, too, although we haven't tested him yet for sure. He would do well with children over 7.
