Charlie is just a lovable truly, one year old, bundle of energy!  He was surrendered by his owner who could no longer take care of him.  He is such a sweetheart, but a puppy at heart, who needs training and someone who can channel that energy in a positive way.  He loves, loves his toys, as you can see from his pics, and loves to play.  Great with other dogs, not sure about cats, we have none to test him with.  Older, considerate kids would most likely be a plus for this boy. And another dog his age to play with.  Charlie would do ok with someone who was gone part of the day, but might get into trouble if left alone by someone who works full time.  Charlie's adoption fee is $375 and includes all medical.

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see side menu for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING. 

We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it. This application has been developed using over 25 years of experience. It helps the adopter and us to make only the beginning of a good match; please be advised that if you do fill out the application, you may not be suitable for the dog you are applying for OR you may not meet our adoption requirements.
