Brutus came and his littermates came to us unexpectedly...  their mom came from a shelter and no one knew she was pregnant and soon to give birth.  She was so emaciated that there were no signs.  Imagine our surprise when one morning we came to find not one, but 3 pups!  They are all healthy and fat and sassy.  Mom has gained weight too.  Brutus and his littermate, Pippa are available for adoption.  Their mom and one other littermate are already adopted.   We don't know what the mix is for these babies, but you can see a pic of mom.  They will be small.  Their adoption fee is $150 and the spay/neuter must be prepaid at the vet of your choice at the time of adoption.

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see menu under "adoption info" for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING. 

We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it. This application has been developed using over 25 years of experience. It helps the adopter and us to make only the beginning of a good match; please be advised that if you do fill out the application, you may not be suitable for the dog you are applying for OR you may not meet our adoption requirements.
