Coco is an adorable little chi-weenie (mostly chi) with a gorgeous deep chocolate coloring.  He was born in February of 2017, is about 6 to 7 lbs., and is very social, happy and extremely playful!  He would do best with an active family, kids over age 6.   Would do best with someone who is home most of the day or can take him to work.  Adoption fee is $175 and includes all medical.

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see menu under "adoption info" for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING. 

We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it. This application has been developed using over 25 years of experience. It helps the adopter and us to make only the beginning of a good match; please be advised that if you do fill out the application, you may not be suitable for the dog you are applying for OR you may not meet our adoption requirements.
