ROSE is a puppy mill dog, who was given to us because we are in the process of putting the puppy mills in our area out of business (see our news section on the left hand menu).  

 She is a scared, unsocialized little girl of 10 mos, who needs someone to take her under their wing.  She needs a quiet home, with another older dog to show her the ropes and convince her that not all humans are bad.  

 We are working on getting her used to human contact by taking her to the dog park and just spending time with her in general.  But whoever adopts her will need to understand that this process must continue in the adoptive home and could take up to a year.  We will continue to provide any training and support if needed, after she is adopted.

All animals are bathed and groomed before adoption, vaccinated with proof of vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and also are sent home with a leash, collar or halter, toy and food to get you started.
