Peanut is small 4.5lbs, but mighty! He quite the little pistol. He sometimes growls/talks when first meeting new people. Over the last couple months has done real well with my own small dogs. Beautifully crate trained, a little headstrong and stubborn, but so darn cute! Easy to groom, easy to bathe but does require daily brushing. About 5 years old and we think he’s a fox terrier/Pom cross. Fully vetted and ready for his new home! Adoption fee:$275

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see menu under "adoption info" for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter  dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
