Violet is Sandy’s little sister. About 1 1/2 years old, 9lbs, wheat color cairn terrier yorkie mix. Timid and shy lke her brother Sandie but also sweet and loving. Prefers a quiet home with lots of patience. Violet also needs a caring and loving hand to help her learn manners. She too likes to be held but needs to understand to come to you when you call her,. What a blessing it would be to find this special home who would take them together. Two lovely adorable little dogs with no training who have never known a stable loving home. Secure fencing required with a home/fence check.  No shedding and low maintenance grooming.

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see menu under "adoption info" for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING. 

We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it. This application has been developed using over 25 years of experience. It helps the adopter and us to make only the beginning of a good match; please be advised that if you do fill out the application, you may not be suitable for the dog you are applying for OR you may not meet our adoption requirements.
