Here's a wonderful little dog for you.  She's been through quite a bit in her 4 years, but has such a great attitude towards life.  She isn't your typical chihuahua, loves other dogs and even does well with respectful, older kids.  She's so grateful for any attention you give her - she'll be your friend for life. 

She was found on a busy highway, just sitting terrified by the edge of the road in the rain, soaked and shivering.   If it hadn't been for a very kind person who stopped and picked her up, she wouldn't be with us.  But as with many of our rescue dogs, in spite of all her travails, she is truly an amazing creature.   You really have to meet this girl - her pics don't do her justice.  If you'd like a lot of love in your life, Penny's the one for you!
