Rango has been adopted by a wonderful woman who loves his energy and happy go lucky attitude!  He goes everywhere with her and is a happy little guy!

Rango is the life of the party in his foster home!  He's always the one to get the other dogs playing, even the 10 year old!  He gets the toy and they all chase him, doing crazy dog throughout the house.  His antics will make you laugh!

Rango has the coloring of the chihuahua but the personality of the tft.  He is very energetic, fun loving and comical to watch play and run.  He is very agile, and would make an excellent agility prospect as he is also attentive, intelligent and easily trainable.  He can also sing very well (see video)!  To adopt this fun loving guy, please fill out our online app.

Most of our dogs will require secure, fenced yards.  We will check this by a home visit or if out of town, via satellite photos.  If these are not available we will ask another rescue to conduct a home visit.

Adoption fees include spay/neuter, vaccinations, flea treatment, heartworm test and preventative, wormings, and all other medical care needed to ensure a healthy dog.  Fees vary, based on the care required, age and needs of the animal.  We rely strictly on our adoption fees since we don't receive any outside funding.
The adoption fees we require do not cover the medical expenses, let alone the daily cost of taking care of the dogs we hope to re-home. Additional expenses are out-of-pocket.

In order to adopt one of these wonderful pups you will be required to: Fill out an adoption application , provide a veterinary reference, agree to a telephone/email screening, have one of our representatives conduct a home visit, complete and sign an adoption contract, and pay an adoption fee.
