|
Louie was appropriately named, if he was named after some of the lyrics in the song "Brother Louie": Louie Louie Louie, Louie Louie Louie Lou-I, Louie Louie Louie, Louie, Louie, you're gonna cry. Poor Louie, skin and bones, not fed properly, but on his way to recovery. He's eating like a horse!
He's a tiny little guy, who is mellow and well mannered. You can't see it from the pictures, but he has the long legs of the Italian Greyhound, and the deep chest.
He doesn't like young kids and prefers a quiet home. He'd also prefer to be an only dog, but gets along with other dogs as long as they aren't too obnoxious. He has the chihuhua protectiveness and doesn't want the other dogs to share a lap. But with patience he can be trained to know that that's ok.
Louie's adoption fee is $150. Please fill out our online application.
Please fill out our preadoption application located under forms/apps in order to schedule an appointment to meet this precious baby.
WE DO NOT ADOPT OUR DOGS TO HOMES WITH UNALTERED PETS...NO EXCEPTIONS! WHY? CLICK ON SPAY/NEUTER ON THE LEFT HAND MENU.
In order to adopt one of these wonderful pups please see the side menu.
Adoption fees include spay/neuter, vaccinations, flea treatment, heartworm test and preventative, wormings, and all other medical care needed to ensure a healthy dog. Fees vary, based on the care required, age and needs of the animal. We rely strictly on our adoption fees since we don't receive any outside funding.
The adoption fees we require do not cover the medical expenses, let alone the daily cost of taking care of the dogs we hope to re-home. Additional expenses are out-of-pocket.
