ODIE HAS GONE TO A WONDERFUL HOME WITH ANOTHER DACHSHUND TO KEEP HIM COMPANY! Here's what his adotpvie mom has to say:
Thank you for the holiday wishes. And thank you again for letting us adopt
Otty (formerly Oddie) back in April 2008. We can't believe that we have had him
going on 2 years. He is the sweetest dog and the best addition to our family. He
is at a healthy 22 lbs now, which is perfect for a male standard Doxie. And he
would snuggle up every night in our bed if we let him.
We hope that ResQ continues to do amazing work in 2010. We have attached a
photo of Otty (black & tan) and his brother Oscar (chocolate &
tan)

ODIE is a beautiful standard dachshund, about 18 lbs. of very lo-o-n-g dog! He's around a year old, active and energetic, loves everybody and loves to play. He was given up by his elderly owners who didn't have the same energy level as he does. He is extremely affectionate, and will calm and sit in your lap after playtime. He gets along fine with other dogs. Hopefully, there's someone out there who'll give Odie the type of home he needs and deserves.
