Probably the cutest dog I have ever seen! Walter is a tiny little 5# bundle of joy! He is a wolf sable color, big ruff,very quiet,walks on a leash ,about 8 years young. Walter would be suitable for a older family with or without other small dogs. HE COULD ALSO EASILY GO WITH, EVERYWHERE! He is adorable,  As with most shelter dogs he/she may or may not be house broken or at the least, need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to re-train a dog with housebreaking in a gentle/repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING/TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.  We require adopters to 1st fill out our adoption app online! You can not proceed with the adoption without it. Adoption fees include spay/neuter, vaccinations, flea treatment, heartworm test and preventative, wormings, and all other medical care needed to ensure a healthy dog.  Fees vary, based on the care required, age and needs of the animal.  We rely strictly on our adoption fees since we don't receive any outside funding.
The adoption fees we require do not cover the medical expenses, let alone the daily cost of taking care of the dogs we hope to re-home. Additional expenses are out-of-pocket.
