Sammy is a 5 year old Bichon Frise/Miniature American Eskimo mix.  He weighs about 23 lbs. and is an absolutely fabulous dog.  He's mellow, friendly, happy and loves life!  He's the ultimate shaggy dog but doesn't shed!  Sammy was surrendered by his owner who could no longer care for him because her home had been foreclosed.  He is reported to be housetrained.

We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it. This application has been developed using over 25 years of experience. It helps the adopter and us to make only the beginning of a good match.

Adoption fees include spay/neuter, vaccinations, flea treatment, heartworm test and preventative, wormings, and all other medical care needed to ensure a healthy dog.  Fees vary, based on the care required, age and needs of the animal.  We rely strictly on our adoption fees since we don't receive any outside funding.
The adoption fees we require do not cover the medical expenses, let alone the daily cost of taking care of the dogs we hope to re-home. Additional expenses are out-of-pocket.
