Rosie is a gorgeous, chocolate red color with golden highlights.  You have to see her in person to really get an idea of how unusual and beautiful her color is.  And her personality!  She is a sweet, sweet little girl, loves kids and people, very playful, you can give her a tennis ball and will play forever, you don't even have to throw the ball, she throws it by herself and kicks it all over the yard, it's so cute to watch.  She barks, but only a warning bark when she hears a strange noise and then she stops when you tell it's okay and time to be quiet now. She is not a yapper at all.   She is so cute. She will keep her new owner entertained, she has us laughing all the time!

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE.
