This one year old little girl came to us from a neglectful situation.  She and her sister were being kept outside in over 100 degree heat 24/7 and most likely would have died when the temperature then reached 116.  And no one would have been the wiser because the owners more than likely would have just disposed of the bodies.  But luckily, a kind neighbor and previous adopter of ours stepped up to the plate and convinced the owner that the dogs must be surrendered.  Thank god, because this little girl is adorable!  She has a very friendly, social personality and is high energy.  She would do well in a family with kids who could work off some of that youthful energy for her.  She weighs about 11 lbs. and is at her full growth.  Someone will be very lucky to have her.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE.
