Katie wants a treat for Halloween! A new home!

Katie is an apricot,  senior poodle, in between a toy and a mini, about 10 lbs.  She is 8 years old, has had a full dental done, and is just waiting for that perfect person to come along who appreciates an older gal with a lot of spunk!  Poodles are a long-lived breed so no worries there.  Katy has a loving disposition, and would make someone a wonderful lap dog.  Katie's adoption fee is $125.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.  We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it. This application has been developed using over 25 years of experience. It helps the adopter and us to make only the beginning of a good match.
