Tony is a super duper, happy, energetic kind of guy!     Tony would make someone a fabulous companion who likes to take walks and needs a laugh or two in their lives (Tony is great at providing that)!  Tony gets along with other dogs who are not alpha, preferrably female.  Older, considerate kids ok, no cats. 

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.  We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it. This application has been developed using over 25 years of experience. It helps the adopter and us to make only the beginning of a good match.
