Cotton is the sweetest little girl you'll ever find. Her eyes are so sad - she doesn't know she is destined for a better life. She is a little shy but warms up quickly and then when she knows you she wants to be by your side always. She has that beautiful poodle hair and will definitely be a non shedder/hypoallergenic dog. She's about 12 lbs. , 5 years old and waiting for that special someone to make the rest of her life a good one.
