Don't let those big, brown eyes fool you - there's a terrier (terror-lol) lurking behind them!  Tara is the sweetest 10 mos. old border terrier puppy you could ever meet, but she is wild and full of energy.  She would do best in home with kids who can run off some of that youthfulness.  Someone who is home most of the time is a must for this girl, and she will definitely needs puppy training classes.  She is very social, loves everyone, and is just in general a happy girl.  Please read up on the Border Terrier before applying.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE.
