This one year old, 10 lb. little yorkie mix is as sweet as can be.  Maggie is very mellow, but playful when you want to play.  She's kind of bashful at first but then when she realizes you are her friend, her sweet personality comes out.  She would make a wonderful companion for a quiet home but probably would do well with older, considerate kids as well.  Those ears are just too precious!  Maggie does not like to be left alone in a backyard; she can easily climb chain link or wire, so a secure, wood, privacy fence will be a must for her.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE.
