Snow is a beautiful 1 year old Havanese girl who is looking for her forever home; someone who won't give her up and has a stable life for this wonderful dog.  Snow is very social and happy but has not been taken care of in her short life on this earth.  She was found as a stray and taken to the shelter where no one claimed her.    These pics are of her mid way through her grooming.  We ended up having to strip her because we couldn't get the tiny mats out of her fur, but they at least give you a good idea of what she can look like when she grows out.  Snow gets along well with other dogs and would most likely do well with older children.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE.
