These little babies were saved from dire circumstances.  Their mother and the litter of 4 were kept in a tiny crate with no food or water.  Mama was severely dehydrated and sick, but all pulled through and now are healthy and happy.  Another day or two though, and they would have been dead.  These pups are about 8 weeks old and ready for their forever homes!   Mom is a purebred 6 lb. chihuahua but dad was supposedly a chi/shih tzu mix.  We think they will be bigger than mom, but look like her.  (Mom is Bella Sue, also listed on our site).  Their adoption fee is $100 and the spay/neuter must be prepaid at the vet of your choice at the time of adoption. 

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.  We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it.
