Princess is as sweet as her name.  She came to us from an elderly owner who could no longer care for her.  Princess is about 8 to 9 years old, in great health and pretty energetic still.  She would do best with a stay at home mom or dad who wants a lap companion who is still spunky enough to go on walks and trips in the car.  Princess is used to a doggie door but is being trained now to go out on a regular basis or use a potty pad.  She needs a diet and exercise plan so if you need a buddy who would give you the initiative to get out and walk, she's the girl for you!  Princess' adoption fee is $150 and includes all age appropriate medical. 

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.  We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it. This application has been developed using over 25 years of experience. It helps the adopter and us to make only the beginning of a good match.
