Oso is a perfectly well behaved sweet, loving little 5 lb, 6 month old yorkie/maltese that would love someone or a family to call his own.  You can see from the pics how well he behaved for his photo shoot.  And as an added plus, he is as cute as they come, and tiny too!  Please remember though, that Oso is still a puppy and will need someone who can be with him for the next 15 to 17 years long-term, and in the short-term give him the needed daily exercise and play time required for a dog his age. 

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see side menu for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
