Snooze and his brother Festus are 6 month old Golden Doodle (golden retriever/mini poodle) boys who are VERY, VERY active and full of piss and vinegar!  Both these puppies would do well in an active household with kids and a stay at home mom or dad.  They will need daily exercise of at least 1 to 2 hours per day. They are in need of basic training and would benefit from puppy classes.  Neither one of these pups are crate trained (and they let you know it).  Snooze weighs about 25 lbs., is very sweet and friendly and happy.  If you want the ultimate shaggy dog, Snooze is for you (but he would look really cute in a puppy cut as well).

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see side menu for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
