Mozzie came from a shelter where he was surrendered by his owner.  He was severely matted and had to be stripped but that didn't stop him from being very cute anyway!  Everybody says he looks like a little lamb.  And he is just as sweet as a lamb, very affectionate with that winning bichon personality.  Mozzie loves to be loved, is very playful and puppyish. He is just under 2 years old and weighs about 20 lbs, which is just right for his size.  Mozzie would do well in just about any home.  Mozzie is reported to do well with cats and older kids.  We think he would do best with someone who is home most of the time as he was kept in the backyard at his previous owner's 24/7.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
