This is Santos.  He was dumped and left to starve.  When he was found by our volunteer, Dave, he was literally a bag of bones with fur.  After a stay at the vet, and now in Dave and Kathy's foster home, he is well on his way to recovery as you can see.  Here is what they say about him:  He's very sweet and loving, purrs non-stop. Loves the dogs, shows no fear at all. He's an all around very happy guy, extremely well adjusted.. He'll make someone a wonderful companion.  Santos is free to the right home (but of course, a donation would be gladly accepted), but please fill out our online application if interested.
