Look at this adorable little face!  Macy is one cute little chihuahua girl, just waiting for the perfect home and family to celebrate the holidays with.  She is extra vibrant and playful, very social and friendly, about 10 to 12 weeks old.  She is also a typical puppy and has lots and lots of energy.  Macy and her sister Lacy, came to us from a disabled person who could no longer care for them.  Our ideal home for Macy would be with a family or person who can keep up with that youthful energy and another young dog to play with about her same size.  No kids under 5 for this little girl, please.  No large dogs.  Her adoption fee is $200, which includes current vaccinations, health check and wormings.  Her spay must be prepaid at the vet of your choice and proof provided at the time of adoption.

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see side menu for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING. 

We require adopters to first fill out our adoption app online. You cannot proceed with the adoption without it. This application has been developed using over 25 years of experience. It helps the adopter and us to make only the beginning of a good match; please be advised that if you do fill out the application, you may not be suitable for the dog you are applying for OR you may not meet our adoption requirements.
