Claude is about 60 lbs. of energetic,on the go purebred poodle!  He is a lovable truly, wants to be a lap dog, and is still a puppy.  Claude will need an active home, hopefully with breed experience.  He came to us in dire shape, with ear infections, eye infections, fungal infections on his paw - all this from being neglected, and left in the backyard.  Please see pics below for before and afters.  Claude is now on meds for all the issues and has been neutered and is up to date on shots, etc.  Claudes foster mom reports that he is: 10 MO OLD SWEET NEEDS TRAINING GREAT WITH KIDS, MALE DOG AGGRESSIVE, NEEDS SECURE FENCE NO EXCEPTIONS AND SOMEONE TO SPEND TONS OF TIME WITH. Claude's adoption fee is $450.

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see side menu for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
