These beautiful and elegant boys came to us from a local breeder who could no longer care for them.  All three are purebred as you can see, 18 mos. old and extremely social.  They will need breed experienced homes who know that whippets love to run and how to help them do that in a safe and contained manner.  All three are male, one is less social than his brothers but all are very loving.  To find out more information please call 530-276-9364.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
