"Sparky" is a very cute 12 lb energetic ball of fun; he is approx 8 months now.  He is good with all dogs, great with kids  - he's exposed to horses and cows and rides well in the car in his crate.  He sleeps in his crate too and likes it. He walks well on a leash and eats grain free food.  He has zero aggression to anything and loves to play with toys.  We are going to place Sparky with a young family hopefully with kids and another small dog to play with would be great as well.  Please, if you work 8 hours per day, don't apply - Sparky will need more time with his humans.

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see side menu for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
