Bow is a very, very sweet-natured 2 to 3 year old yorkie mix.  She is super loving but can be scared in new situations.  She is one of the most mellow, even tempered little dogs we have seen in awhile.  Bow's ideal home would be with someone who is home most of the time, another small dog to keep her company and play with, and a generally mellow environment.  She is fine with kids but hasn't lived with them in the past.  Bow's previous owner died suddenly so she is still suffering from that loss.  We are hoping that a special someone will come through for Bow.

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see side menu for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
