This is Lancelot (who will eventually be someone's knight in shining (fur) armor)!  Lance is a 6 to 7 month old, 10 lb. purebred toy poodle, who right now is having a bad hair day but once he is groomed he will be a handsome knight for sure!  Lance is bright, happy, very playful and full of puppy energy and so wants a home where he can truly be pampered.  He would do well in just about any situation but his ideal home would be with someone who is home most of the time, and is able and willing to give him the daily exercise and playtime that he needs.  A young, active family with kids would be the best.  If you feel that you might be Lance's ideal candidate please fill out our online app.  Lance's adoption fee is $300.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
