Red is an extremely sweet tempered, 18 month old purebred doberman.  Someone didn't do a great job with his ear cropping so consequently they are a bit floppy.   But it just highlights that goofy side of him!  He's a happy, social boy but can't be around chickens.  Red will need someone who is able to handle large dogs and hopefully give him some obedience training.  Red will probably be 80 to 90 lbs when he gets his full weight. Please, no kids under the age of 10.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
